01 Discovery

Tell us about your shop.

A 30-minute call. We ask about your shop (how many trucks, your call volume, average repair and install tickets), your service mix (residential repair, replacement and install, commercial overhead, maintenance plans), and your current tech stack (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, a paper schedule, whatever it is).

We ask which calls you wish you didn't have to take, and which you wish you took faster. Usually that maps straight to one of our six capabilities.

Your actual call types and pricing, not a generic SMB classifier. Who your techs are and how dispatch works. Which jobs are true emergencies versus routine. How many calls you have been losing to voicemail and after-hours.

02 Prototype build

We build the prototype in 12 hours.

Hand-built. Not SaaS, not templated, not a chatbot wizard. A working Garage Door AI Employee trained on the route reality you just described, using your actual qualification criteria, calling from a number we set up, sending text messages in the tone you'd use.

03 Parallel test

You test it on your own accounts.

Run it in parallel with your existing team. Forward a test number, have customers call in, run an ad campaign to a landing page, whatever gives you confidence. We're there to watch alongside you. Every call transcript lands in the dashboard with timestamps, classifications, and outcomes.

If something doesn't sound right, we retune it. The prototype evolves while you watch.

The AI handles what slips through (after-hours intake, save attempts, lead qualification, surge triage).
