Q&A Pricing questions

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees on any tier. The prototype is free, we hand-build it in 12 hours, you test it, decide from there. If you move forward, you pay the monthly tier price only.

Am I locked into a contract?

Month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice. No multi-year agreements, no early-termination fees, no renewals-to-opt-out-of.

Do you charge per call or per minute?

No per-call, no per-minute, no overage fees. Flat monthly whether your AI handles 50 calls or 500. This matters most during a storm week or a cold snap when springs snap and the phone does not stop. Generic per-minute vendors make money when you are busiest, we do not.

Does this replace my field-service software?

No, and most shops do not want it to. ServiceTitan, Jobber, and Housecall Pro are excellent at scheduling, dispatch records, billing, and invoicing. We work alongside them as the action layer, answering the calls, triaging emergencies, quoting repairs, and following up on replacements they do not handle. Most of our shops run both.

What if my shop grows or shrinks?

You move between tiers with a single conversation. Start at Solo with one truck, add trucks and a commercial book, we move you up. Shops with seasonal volume swings can adjust seasonally if it makes sense.

Does pricing change if I add capabilities?

Capabilities are bundled by tier. Moving from Solo (2 capabilities) to Growth (6 capabilities) is the tier move. Inside a tier, adding channels or integrations is included. We do not nickel-and-dime.

What if I'm not sure which tier fits?

Do not decide upfront. On the prototype call we scope based on your actual call volume and the capabilities you need. Most shops land in Growth. We will tell you honestly if Solo is enough or if Scale is required.
